01Our services

We provide web development, Google Business Profile optimisation, conversion funnels, and Meta and Google advertising services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quote or statement of work, which forms part of these terms.

02Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback.
• Give us the access we need, such as to your website, domain, Google Business Profile or ad accounts.
• Make sure the content you provide does not infringe anyone else's rights.

03Fees and payment

• Fees are as stated in your proposal or invoice, in the currency shown, plus applicable taxes such as GST.
• Agency payments are processed through Razorpay or Cashfree. App purchases are processed through PayPal.
• Unless your proposal says otherwise, invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

04Advertising spend

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform (such as Meta or Google) and is separate from our fees. You own your ad accounts and data. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or returns.

05Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.

06Our apps

Our apps, such as Bulk Transcript, are provided on an "as is" basis. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit for processing. Where an app publishes its own terms, those also apply.

07Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the engagement.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant engagement or purchase in the 3 months before the claim.

09Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal. You pay for work completed up to the termination date.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

11Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you start an engagement or make a purchase applies to it.
